Clash Of The Titans Score Released
The soundtrack for “Clash Of The Titans”, a new Hollywood blockbuster based on Greek mythology is now available to buy.
The soundtrack contains 23 tracks, with two of those songs featuring Neil Davidge, Massive Attack’s producer and collaborator: “Be My Weapon,” which was written and produced by Davidge; and “The Storm That Brought Me To You,” a song based on a musical cue in the film. It was co-written and produced by Davidge, and features vocals by Danish artist Tina Dico.
In a press release for the soundtrack, Neil Davidge is quoted as saying that “It was a joy to work once again with Louis Leterrier, who is such an inspiring director with a vivid, lyrical imagination and whose vision led me to encapsulate the movie within the song The Storm That Brought Me To You.”
This marks the 2nd time, Neil has helped score a Louis Leterrier film, the first being Danny The Dog in 2004. In the same press release, singer Tina Dico also offers, “songwriting with Neil Davidge was a great opportunity to work with someone capable of producing such amazing soundscapes. His previous work with Massive Attack ensured that this piece of music would be of the highest quality.”
